Being a person that needs to be free to express from the feelings in my body, I often find that i encounter resistance in the society that some of us are a part of "Freedom Of ExpressIon"  Not only is this vital to my human experience but i  need this vitality to grow into who I truly am       "The murky side of Life" I Encounter so much judgement and resistance in accepting all parts of me, my unconscious/unique behaviour largely frowned upon or rejected or even triggering "Can I hold Myself in all parts of Me?". What is even a trigger? A point where each one of us has an opportunity to discover what lies beneath or A point where we can continue to project this parts of us onto others, constantly unexpressed constantly told "NO, you stay down i don't want you in my life" we've been raised to “fit in” never to push the boundaries! But freedom of expression doesn’t always have to be a catalyst of chaos in each others life. Only if we are able to fully accept others, maybe even with Love, Perfect exactly where they are and for who they are expressing, completely perfect in that exact moment for my self and for them selves. Can it be nothing more then just a healthy expression? An individual Expression? At some point Generations of suppression must come to an end, allowing for the germination of loving compassion to take form into a pollinating central Bud facing up high at the Sky. When we decide that we want to live in a world that can be filled with inhabitants ready to accept one another with an open heart for this world, for Life, for others to have space, to be seen and then simply to move forward without it all becoming a burden Again? To me YES it’s an opportunity to Live&Love in the midst of chaos of what it means to share this human experience with others, to unite us closer into the ONess and to our own individual Genius here to serve This Crazy Life we live in.
